👩‍💻 Working Experience

• Product Manager - B2C web 💻 at Doctoranytime (October 2022 - Today) Daily responsibilities:

  • Analyze the data to make data-driven decisions
  • Work with the rest product team, country managers, growth, and key stakeholders to define the success metrics and roadmap for future quarters
  • Manage the product backlog. Run scrum ceremonies.
  • Design and execute A/B tests, analyze the results and decide the next steps
  • Work closely with country managers for day-to-day issues

• Product Manager - Mobile app📱 at Doctoranytime (April 2022 - October 2022 Daily responsibilities:

  • Manage the product backlog. Run scrum ceremonies.
  • Defined key metrics and created dashboards for monitoring them
  • Define OKRs for coming quarters
  • Participate in user interviews, identify problems and user pain points, and prioritize them
  • Test the application and prepare the release for the Greek market
  • Managed the activities for increasing the install base & active users, being aligned with the Marketing and measuring the performance of each activity
  • Manage and monitor user reviews on the play store & app store
  • Plan the release of the next versions of the application and make sure we mention the important stuff on release notes

• Payments Product Specialist 💳 at Kaizen Gaming (April 2021 - April 2022)

  Daily responsibilities:

  • Being in contact with the existing Payment providers and the Tech team to resolve issues on time
  • New market analysis, research, and development of the payments product in new markets (in Europe and LATAM)
  • Run the process of integrating with a new payments provider and facilitate when needed
    • Get the demos and documentation and communicate them to the tech team
    • Keep on track of the due diligence process and the compliance department
    • Contract management
    • Collect the specifications of the new method and create the relevant ticket for the tech team
    • Be in touch with relative stakeholders throughout the process (Treasury, Payments operations, CS)
  • Work closely with country managers to run the day-to-day projects

  • Building & improving products by analyzing requirements.
  • Creating and delegating the briefs to the proper team.
